Tim was admitted to the practice of law in Maryland in 2008. He has helped numerous businesses with drafting and negotiating contracts, organizing new business entities, copyright and trademark matters, and civil litigation. In addition, Tim has helped numerous clients with drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Agent appointments, and trust agreements.
A variety of legal services are available through the firm’s secure and innovative website, including contracting documents, technical risk assessments, business organization and incorporation documents, and estate planning documents. Some services are available on a fixed fee basis. Some documents can be available same or next day. The firm accepts credit cards.
Prior to becoming an attorney in private practice, Tim spent over ten years working in information technology negotiating contracts, developing web sites, designing complex reporting applications, implementing electronic health record systems, and managing a technology department. In addition, as an entrepreneur, Tim has operated a technology consulting business since 2000 which provides web site developing and hosting, network support, and electronic health record system implementation.
In 2014, Tim began teaching as an Assistant Professor at the Community College of Baltimore County where he teaches business law, legal writing, torts and a variety of other subjects in the legal studies department.
